Q: I want to view or edit Microsoft Office 2007 files on my iPhone or iPod Touch. Can your software open these files?
A: No. Our software is e-learning software intended to be used as a training and reference tool for desktop versions of Microsoft Office Suite.
Q: Can I install your software on my iPhone or iPod Touch from my Mac computer?
A: Yes. Although the content of our training titles is specific to the Microsoft Windows versions of Microsoft Office, the software can be installed on your iPhone or iPod Touch from a Mac or Windows computer.
Q: What are the requirements to install your e-learning software on my iPhone or iPod Touch?
A: Our software can be installed on any first or second generation iPhone or iPod Touch with Software Update 2.1 or greater installed.
Q: I'm having trouble installing your software on my iPhone or iPod Touch. What should I do?
A: The articles here and here have solutions to most installation problems. If you are still having trouble, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Q: Is your software available in any languages other than english?
A: Currently, our software is only available in english versions. However, we are evaluating future support for additional languages.
Q: Do you plan on developing any additional titles for the Microsoft Office 2007 Suite? (e.g. OneNote 2007 or Publisher 2007)
A: We currently do not have plans to develop software for these titles. However, this could change in the future.
Q: Where can I buy your software?
A: Our software can be purchased from the Apple iTunes App Store. If you do not already have iTunes installed, you can download the free iTunes software from Apple here. Next, visit our course catalog and select a title from the menu. Finally, click the "Download now!" button. This will take you directly to the title in iTunes where you can purchase the software.
